Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?+
Not at all. Our labour rates are fixed and transparent, so you know exactly what you’ll be paying before we carry out any work. The engineer will you give you a realistic estimate as to how long the job should take. Should there be any issue or delay, you will be told well in advance by the engineer that the extra time will be factored into the final price. We don’t usually go over our estimated time but unexpected speed bumps can occur from time to time and our engineers will let you know immediately why it will add on extra time.

Yes, we are VAT registered. VAT is applied at the standard rate.
Do you charge a call out fee?+
We don’t charge a callout fee as we only charge hourly and half hour fixed rates. All you pay for is the hourly or half hourly labour costs and for any parts that were used to rectify the issue you called us out for.
Do you provide free quotes?+
We provide free quotes for boiler installations only.
Do you have emergency plumber costs?+
Our emergency plumbers come under the same costs as an everyday plumbing maintenance job. We don’t exploit you for the fact that you’re going through a home emergency and need someone to rectify the issue fast.
